Prime Time is a youth initiative that has been created for young people that have displayed excellent behaviour at our events, and are looking to get involved in more creative, expressive and participative activities than the drop-in environment at our Friday evening Youth Club. Prime Time is a project that offers trips, exclusive activities and limited-time only opportunities/clubs that allow young people to reach their full potential.
Prime Time was created as a direct result of engagement during Friday Youth Club. At Youth Club, we regularly have up to 40 young people attend who want to hang out without playing games and taking part in activities. Due to the busy nature of Friday evenings, we wanted to provide a club for young people who want to take part in activities in a less busy, disruptive environment.
The current opportunities at Prime Time is a weekly Drama Club taking place on Thursdays from 6:30pm – 8pm. This club is running in collaboration with Caerphilly Arts Development, and is free of charge with no booking required.
The Parish Trust takes the welfare and safety of children/youth very seriously. As such, we require parents/guardians to register their details and the details of their child(ren) so that we can stay in touch, be aware of any medical needs, and be able to best serve them whilst they are in our care.
