Our People

Having founded the charity in 2019 and served as its Chair of Trustees until 2023, Dean is the first CEO of The Parish Trust and is responsible for the overall direction and growth of the organisation.

Since 2022, Carrie has been part of The Parish Trust family. Carrie looks after all our work with Children and Young People, making sure that we have services appropriate to all ages at the charity.

Angharad joined The Parish Trust team in December 2024. She manages the charity’s office operations and supports its overall functions. She also acts as PA to Dean. Angharad is based at the charity’s main office in Roundabout Court, and is the first point of contact for all stakeholders at the charity. Angharad has significant experience in administration and operational roles.

Helen co-ordinates the CARE Project, one of the largest food banks and providers of emergency provisions in Caerphilly County Borough. 

Michelle is in charge of all things finance at the charity, overseeing budgets, managing payments and donations, as well as providing fiscal reporting to our grant funders.
