Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Having founded the charity in 2019 and served as its Chair of Trustees until 2023, Dean is the first CEO of The Parish Trust and is responsible for the overall direction and growth of the organisation.

Saffron Williams

Senior Administrator

Saffron joined the team in 2020 as an Apprentice on the charity’s Profectus Programme and has since progressed through the charity, firstly taking on assistant roles before becoming the Senior Administrator. Saffron is responsible for day to day administrative functions in the organisation and providing support to Dean.

    Fiona Dubberly

    Finance Officer

    Fiona is in charge of all things finance at the charity, overseeing budgets, managing payments and donations, as well as providing fiscal reporting to our grant funders.

      Carrie Gealy

      Youth & Children's Engagement Officer

      Since 2022, Carrie has been part of The Parish Trust family. Carrie looks after all our work with Children and Young People, making sure that we have services appropriate to all ages at the charity.

      Nerys Beckett

      CARE Project Lead

      Nerys co-ordinates the CARE Project, one of the largest food banks and providers of emergency provisions in Caerphilly County Borough.
