Saffron Williams
Senior Administrator
Saffron joined the team in 2020 as an Apprentice on the charity’s Profectus Programme and has since progressed through the charity, firstly taking on assistant roles before becoming the Senior Administrator. Saffron is responsible for day to day administrative functions in the organisation and providing support to Dean.
Fiona Dubberley
Finance Officer
Fiona is in charge of all things finance at the charity, overseeing budgets, managing payments and donations, as well as providing fiscal reporting to our grant funders.
Nerys Beckett
CARE Project Lead
Nerys co-ordinates the CARE Project, one of the largest food banks and providers of emergency provisions in Caerphilly County Borough.
Rhian Hathaway
Fundraising Manager
Rhian joined us in 2024, and has overall responsibility of the charity’s fundraising strategy from income generation to securing grant funding to run our various projects. She has extensive experience in the charitable sector and holds qualifications in law, project management, and leadership.
