How to Get Help
If you need support from the Baby and Maternity Bank, you’ll need a referral from a professional who can assess your baby’s needs. This could be your Health Visitor, Social Worker, or another professional involved in your care. They will work with you to understand your situation and complete the referral on your behalf.
For Referral Partners (Health Visitors, Social Workers, and other professionals), referrals are made through our online referral form. You can make a referral by clicking the “Make a Referral Button” at the top of this page. Once submitted, we aim to fulfil requests as quickly as possible to ensure families get the help they need without delay. We will work with you to find a suitable date and time for you to collect the support package to pass on to the baby and/or parent(s).
The Parish Trust is proud to partner with Growbaby Cardiff to expand support for families in Caerphilly and Cardiff. This collaboration enhances our Baby Bank services, ensuring families in need have access to essential baby clothing and equipment, regardless of their circumstances. Together, we are committed to providing compassionate care and practical support to those facing challenging times.
