The Parish Trust Bereavement Support Facebook Group: is a safe, welcoming space for anyone who is grieving. Whether you’re considering joining The Bereavement Journey course, are currently taking part, or have completed it, this group offers ongoing support, understanding, and connection. It’s a place to gently explore your grief, share reflections, ask questions, and receive encouragement from others who truly understand. With regular prompts, thoughtful discussions, and a caring community, this group helps you feel less alone and reminds you that healing is possible—even if life will never be quite the same.
