Profectus is a Latin word and, amongst other things, it means success, achievement, and growth.
Our Profectus Programme is essentially an apprenticeship and training scheme, which provides a 12 month opportunity for someone to develop skills that will stand them in good stead for a future career.
We are particularly keen to introduce people to the charitable/third sector, so that The Parish Trust contributes to increasing the number of people giving their talents and abilities to effecting positive change in the world.
We believe we offer a great environment for people to train and develop their skills. All those who jump on board with us will join the family of The Parish Trust. We strive to foster a sense family, friendship, and teamwork, rather than the office/corporate vibe. As part of the Profectus Programme, we can offer you…
We aim to ensure that you feel part of a family and a team.
A real opportunity to lead on the various projects and initiatives in the charity portfolio.
We offer a very competitive wage compared to the National Apprentice Wage.
Holiday entitlement pro-rata, with public holidays in addition to your entitlement.
Fully funded qualifications at appropriate levels for the job role you do.
Accredited enhanced professional development in addition to your standard qualification.
Various incentives and perks to keep you motivated and inspired.
The Assurance that your contributions as a member of staff are making a positive difference.
At The Parish Trust, we’re always looking to adapt and respond to the various challenges and opportunities we face as a charitable organisation.
As a result, the apprenticeship and training places we offer can vary from year to year.
