It’s an exciting time to be part of the team at The Parish Trust! Since its founding in 2019, we have been on an extraordinary journey of growth, and we are hoping that this will continue well into the future as we seek to fulfil our charitable aims and objectives.
We are always striving to be a great, example setting employer, looking out for our staff. Before you consider a role with us, here’s some of the reasons why we think you should apply…
We try to operate on family values of love, friendship, forgiveness, and encouragement when it comes to our staff. We resist the dog-eat-dog mentality of hiring and firing, and would rather invest in our staff for the long term.
Our staff are directly involved in making a positive difference in our world through the charitable work we do. There's a great job satisfaction that comes with seeing the impact you make on others because of your work.
In addition to the statutory holiday entitlement that all employees get, The Parish Trust offers additional holiday time and flexible working options. We also guarantee leave in the Christmas and Easter holidays so that staff spend time with family.
All employees with The Parish Trust will receive at least minimum pay as set out by the Living Wage Foundation. Apprentices enrolled on our Profectus Programme receive enhanced Apprenticeship Pay in addition to free training.
The Parish Trust offers the possibility of progression within the charity in terms of the opportunities that become available through your career with us, and also ongoing support and training to hone your skills.
We are always striving to ensure that working for us is fun, enjoyable, and rewarding. As such, we try to offer staff wellbeing days to refresh our employees, opportunities to network and socialise, and other incentives to motivate staff.
The Parish Trust is a Registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in England and Wales (no. 1186996)
