The Caffi Caredig (Welsh for “Kind Cafe”) is a mobile, not-for-profit coffee and snack bar run by The Parish Trust – a registered charity founded on Christian principles with a mission to make a positive difference. The Caffi Caredig aims to be as ethical as it can be, striving to reduce food waste, cut down on plastic, and ensure that proceeds go to the work of helping others.
From our coffee that is sourced and ground by survivors of modern day slavery to delicious snacks that utilise perfectly good food that would have been at risk of disposal by large food companies, Caffi Caredig can truly be described as “kind”. Kind to the environment. Kind to the poor and oppressed. Kind to you.
With every sip of your hot drink, or every bite of our scrumptious snacks, you’re not just satisfying your tummy. You’re also satisfying your soul. Visiting us and buying from us means that you will be contributing to positive change in this world.
Polite notice: Please be aware that there is an extensive Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) on the road leading to the Caffi Caredig which means that, during term-time, the road is closed between 8:00am and 9:30am, and again at 2:45pm until 4:15pm. Please plan accordingly and make every effort to park in the public car park if you’re visiting us within these times.
