It’s with a heavy heart, but also with immense pride, that we say goodbye to Saffron Williams as she moves on from The Parish Trust to begin an exciting new chapter in her career. Saffron has been with us since 2020, and in many ways, she’s been with us every step of the journey since then. From the day she joined our Profectus Programme to train as an administrator, Saffron has grown into an invaluable member of our team, and her presence will be deeply missed.
Saffron’s journey at The Parish Trust has been a testament to her dedication, hard work, and ability to go above and beyond. Over the years, she became much more than an administrator—she was often the first voice people heard when they contacted us, the first face they saw when they visited, and the go-to person for so many within the organisation. Her contributions have been immeasurable, from supporting our day-to-day operations to her vital role as my personal assistant, helping to manage the endless tasks that keep the charity running smoothly.
Reflecting on her time with us, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude for all that Saffron has brought to our team. It’s been a pleasure to watch her grow, firstly from being an Apprentice, then to an Assistant Administrator, and then more latterly, Senior Administrator. She has handled every challenge with professionalism and enthusiasm, every task with care, and her warmth and kindness have touched everyone she’s worked with. I’ve been personally thankful for her support over the years, assisting me in my duties as CEO, and ensuring that my time is utilised in the best way possible for the growth of the charity. I am very sad and sorry to see her go. Her impact will continue to be felt long after she moves on. It’s especially hard to say goodbye when you’ve found a great colleague, and made a wonderful, lifelong friend.
As Saffron embarks on her new role as a school clerk, we are incredibly proud of her and excited for the next steps in her journey. She has given so much to The Parish Trust, and we know she will continue to thrive in her new position.
Saffron – You will always be a part of The Parish Trust family. We will miss your smile, your friendliness, your dedication, and your unwavering support, but we know that you will equally make your mark in your next role. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us over the years.
