Do I have to be a Christian in order to be involved?
No! Absolutely not. We are very explicitly a Christian organisation but all our services are for everyone without exception.
Our constitution (founding document that governs the charity) mandates that Trustees have to have an active Christian faith, but other than that, everyone can be involved at the charity either as a staff member (with the exception of certain roles that have a genuine occupational requirement), a volunteer, or a beneficiary/service user.
We have volunteers who are Christians, others who are not sure about faith but would like to know more, and people who do not share the Christian faith but are supportive of the other aims of the charity… there’s room for everyone!
