We are well and truly in the middle of the summer holidays and we've been super busy with our summer programme for families. We've seen hundreds of children visit us for our activity days, breakfasts, and regular activities... and there's still more to go!
Aside from this, we've got some important updates and events to share with you - there's something for everyone at the charity, so please have a look and be part of what's going on. |

Join us on Wednesday 21st August for our final Family Fun Day of the summer!
Our Family Fun Day will be taking place from 11am - 2pm, and will be £1 per child. Included in this cost, we will have a variety of outdoor games and activities, crafts, a soft play area inside for younger children, and a bouncy castle*!
We are pleased to announce that at this Fun Day, the BTM Brass Band: Next Generation will be performing! Be sure to come along and see them perform and have a chat about how you could get involved!
Our Caffi Caredig will be selling food and refreshments, and children will have the option to receive a free snack box, subject to availability.
The Yarny Army will also be at this event, selling handmade garments and toys!
*Our bouncy castle will be weather permitting, and any younger children looking to play in the soft play area must have parental supervision.

Early Consultation shows signs of significant support and excitement for The Parish Trust's Bryn Hall renovation project in Trethomas

The Parish Trust is proud to lead the redevelopment of Bryn Hall into The Trethomas Life Centre (TLC), a project shaped by the community’s needs and aspirations. Recent early consultation results have revealed overwhelming support for transforming Bryn Hall into a vibrant hub that serves families, children, and youth.
The statistics, a collation of over 100 responses from an online survey, a paper survey and listening exercises at our projects, show a clear mandate from the community: Trethomas is ready for a dedicated space that offers comprehensive programmes and services for all.

The Bryn Hall is a project we desperately need, but we don't have funding for. We're going to try and DIY it as much as possible, but there will be some costs involved.

Join the Community Choir!
The Parish Trust Community Choir resumes on Monday 9th September, and we're looking for new members to join us! You don't have to be a great singer or read music.
The only qualifications required are 1) wanting to have fun, 2) willing to make new friends and 3) have a love of singing all sorts of music!
