With the cost of living continuing to rise and school holidays drawing close, it's more important than ever that people are able to access practical help, especially concerning food. Going without food or skipping meals can have serious negative consequences for your health and wellbeing.

Even if you think you can manage for a week without a food parcel, we still encourage you to get it so that you can use the money you save elsewhere towards bills, paying off credit cards or whatever else you need to do to improve your circumstances.
