Please register for The Parish Trust's new Help Hub

Since 2020, The Parish Trust has supported people through services such as the CARE Project and Baby Bank. Over the years, demand for our help has grown, and our existing systems are now struggling to keep up with the number of requests we receive.

To help us support people better, we are introducing a new online system called the Help Hub.

The Help Hub will make it easier for service users to ask for help without needing to repeat the same information every time. Instead of filling in a full form each time you need support, you will be able to register once, keep your details up to date, and use your Help Hub account when requesting support in the future.

As part of this change, service users will receive their own unique H Number, which will help us find your details more quickly and process requests more accurately.

Please note that registering for the Help Hub does not automatically submit a request for support. It simply helps us prepare your account so that the new system is ready for you when we complete the changeover.

Until we tell you otherwise, please continue to use the current process for requesting support.

We know that changes to systems can feel unfamiliar, but this change is being made to make things simpler, clearer and more dignified for the people we support.
