Please register for The Parish Trust's new Help Hub

Since 2020, The Parish Trust has worked with referral partners to support individuals, households and families through services such as the CARE Project and Baby Bank. As demand for our support has grown, our existing systems have increasingly struggled to keep up with the volume and complexity of referrals we now receive.

To help us work more effectively with service users and referral partners, we are introducing a new online system called the Help Hub.

The Help Hub will make the referral process clearer, easier and more efficient. Instead of referral partners having to repeat the same information each time a referral is made, organisations will be able to register with The Parish Trust and, once approved, use the Help Hub to make and manage referrals.

This will be especially helpful for larger organisations, where several members of staff may need to make referrals. The new system will help organisations know who is registered, who has access, and who is authorised to refer into The Parish Trust.

The Help Hub will help referral partners to:

• Register their organisation with The Parish Trust.
• Add and manage approved team members.
• Make referrals through a clearer online process.
• Reduce repeated information.
• Keep organisational and contact details up to date.
• Help us process referrals more accurately and efficiently.

Please note that registering for the Help Hub does not immediately replace the current referral process. For now, it helps us prepare your organisation and user accounts ahead of the full changeover.

Until we tell you otherwise, please continue to use the current process for making referrals.
