We are pleased to let you know that new dates have now been released for The Bereavement Journey courses, which are free of charge to anyone living within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area. If you are not currently served by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and would like to join a bereavement journey course, please reply to this email so that we can accommodate you.
These courses provide a safe, supportive space to explore the many aspects of grief, with the opportunity (if you wish) to hear about the Christian faith perspective on hope in bereavement. Many who have taken part previously have found the course to be a great source of comfort and understanding.

• In Person | Starting Monday 29th September 2025 for 7 weeks | Trethomas Life Centre | 2:00pm – 4:00pm
• Online | Starting Tuesday 30th September 2025 for 7 weeks | 7:00pm – 9:00pm
- For NHS Staff
• Online | Starting Sunday 19th October 2025 for 7 weeks | 7:00pm – 9:00pm
