,
Happy new year to you! All of us are hoping for a better year after nearly two years of restrictions and lockdowns.
With this in mind, The Parish Trust is launching some new initiatives, which we'd really love to share with you.
Why not make 2022 a year to get out and about by joining us at some of these events...

Craft Club - Valentine's Crafts
We published a poll on our Facebook Page recently asking the General Public what they wanted us to do during 2022. The idea with the most votes was a Craft Club! So, we're pleased to launch our first Craft Club event.

Taking pride in our community
The Parish Trust serves the whole CF83 postcode area, but our building is located in Trethomas. We've been really concerned at the amount of litter in the area and have started a regular "Talk n Tidy" group. A perfect volunteering opportunity!

We're hoping to launch a Community Choir in the near future! The Choir will be for anybody who loves to sing, you won't need to audition for it, and it will be a great way to make music and friends.
Prior to launch, we're holding a series of online information evenings so that those who are interested can find out about how we're aiming to run the rehearsals, what commitment is required, and how we're going to be formed. It's open to anyone and we're putting on three identical information sessions to reach as many people as possible.
We're really excited about this and so we hope that a good number will tune in online to find out more. To sign up to one of the information sessions, please click the relevant link:

The Parish Trust can only operate with people being generous with their time, talents, and treasure. We have loads of people giving their time and talents to our charity, but the reality is that we need money to pay our bills and fund our work.
We make no profits as an organisation, and all our funding has to come from grants and donations from the general public. Without financial support, we cannot help the thousands of people we're in contact with each year. Could you help us to help others this year?
Financial donations are a great way of being involved with our work if you're unable to volunteer or support in other ways. Any donation, however small, has a direct impact on what we're able to do. If you'd like to make a one off donation or a small regular donation, we'd be so grateful. You can do so by clicking below:
