When will I get my food parcel?
Food parcels are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
Our volunteer delivery drivers will deliver your food parcel anytime between 4:30pm and 8:00pm, and the day and time which your food parcel will be delivered will be agreed with you in advance by one of our call handlers.
We do not offer collection of food parcels under any circumstances.
