My referral has run out. Can I get a food parcel without one until I get a new referral?
The short answer is no.
Once you are referred, you will need to forward plan to ensure that there isn’t a break in your access to food parcels from the CARE Project. This is no one else’s responsibility but yours.
When you are referred by a referral partner, both you and your referral partner will be told the date that your referral will expire. It is up to you to note this down, and to ensure that another referral is in place if you are still in need of support.
