I’ve got a referral for the CARE Project. Why hasn’t my food parcel arrived?
When an organisation refers you to us for help and you’re given a referral number, you are given access to our help and support. It is your responsibility to request a food parcel each week, using your referral number. Food parcels will not automatically be delivered.
