Ar \u00f4l misoedd o gynllunio a pharatoi, dechreuodd y gwaith yn swyddogol <strong>ddydd Llun, 3ydd Mawrth 2025<\/strong> . Mae\u2019r pythefnos cyntaf wedi bod yn fwrlwm o weithgarwch, gan osod y llwyfan ar gyfer trawsnewid yr adeilad hanesyddol hwn yn ofod cymunedol ffyniannus.  <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diogelu a Chlirio&#8217;r Safle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;r ffocws cychwynnol wedi bod ar ddiogelu&#8217;r safle a sicrhau diogelwch pawb dan sylw. Roedd hyn yn cynnwys codi ffensys a sefydlu seilwaith safle hanfodol. Mae&#8217;r safle&#8217;n cael ei fonitro&#8217;n llawn a&#8217;i ddiogelu i sicrhau bod gweithwyr a&#8217;r gymuned gyfagos yn cael eu hamddiffyn. Ar \u00f4l ei sicrhau, trodd ein timau eu sylw at <strong>glirio&#8217;r safle<\/strong> a thynnu&#8217;r adeilad i lawr i&#8217;w strwythur craidd. Mae&#8217;r broses hon wedi cynnwys cael gwared ar bopeth nad yw bellach yn hyfyw a pharatoi lle ar gyfer y gwaith adfer mawr sydd i ddod.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r contractwyr wedi nodi\u2019r <strong>adborth cadarnhaol<\/strong> gan aelodau\u2019r gymuned wrth iddynt gerdded heibio, gyda llawer yn mynegi pa mor wych yw gweld rhywbeth yn digwydd o\u2019r diwedd gyda\u2019r safle. Mae&#8217;n galonogol gwybod bod y prosiect hwn eisoes yn cael effaith, hyd yn oed yn ei gamau cynnar. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\"><div Gronfa Broceriaid Cymunedol Yswiriant Aviva<\/a><\/strong> i gefnogi\u2019r gwaith adnewyddu. Bydd y cyllid hwn yn mynd ymhell i\u2019n helpu i roi bywyd newydd i Neuadd y Bryn, gan sicrhau y gall wasanaethu fel canolbwynt cymunedol y mae mawr ei angen am flynyddoedd i ddod.
