sy&#8217;n ddiogel i bawb.<\/h4><p>Ein calon ni yw sicrhau bod Ymddiriedolaeth y Plwyf yn sefydliad y mae pobl yn teimlo y gallant ymddiried ynddo a bod yn gyfforddus i ymwneud ag ef, ac yn fan diogel i ddatgelu materion diogelu.<\/p><p>Felly, rydym yn blaenoriaethu arfer diogelu da ar draws ein holl weithgareddau ac rydym am sicrhau bod ymateb priodol ac amserol yn cael ei roi i unrhyw bryderon diogelu.<\/p><p>Llywodraethir ein hymagwedd gan chwe egwyddor allweddol:<\/p><ul><li>Bydd ein polisi a gweithdrefnau diogelu yn rhoi dymuniadau, anghenion a llesiant y plentyn\/canlyniadau dymunol yr oedolyn mewn perygl yn gyntaf.<\/li><li>Byddwn yn effro i anghenion plant\/oedolion sy\u2019n wynebu risg (gan gynnwys unrhyw gamdriniaeth neu risg o gam-drin neu niwed posibl neu a amheuir) a byddwn yn rhagweithiol wrth ddeall pa gamau y dylem eu cymryd.<\/li><li>Byddwn yn rhannu gwybodaeth briodol ac yn sicrhau bod mynediad uniongyrchol ar gael i gyngor ac i drafod unrhyw bryderon am blentyn\/oedolyn<\/li><li>Byddwn yn hyfforddi staff a gwirfoddolwyr i allu defnyddio eu barn broffesiynol i weithio gydag anghenion a chanlyniadau personol y plentyn\/oedolyn.<\/li><li>Byddwn yn
