Gall galar heb ei ddatrys hefyd effeithio ar ein hagweddau, ein perthnasoedd a\u2019n cyrhaeddiad. Mae <em>The Bereavement Journey\u00ae<\/em> yn lle i siarad: 7 Sesiwn o ffilmiau a thrafodaeth i <strong>unrhyw un<\/strong> , boed <strong>yn galaru am farwolaeth nawr<\/strong> , neu <strong>eisiau archwilio profedigaeth flaenorol a allai fod heb ei datrys<\/strong> . Mae&#8217;r cwrs hwn ar gyfer oedolion mewn profedigaeth i wneud eu gwaith galar eu hunain. Fe&#8217;i cefnogir gan Lawlyfr Gwesteion a&#8217;i hwyluso gan weithiwr proffesiynol hyfforddedig.<\/p>\n<p>Argymhellir presenoldeb ar gyfer yr holl Sesiynau, er bod modd ymuno yn Sesiwn 2.
